I'm a meditator who loves to share with whoever is interested in Mindfulness and the Buddha's teachings. 
Meditation is not a remedy against stress or some sort of fountain of joy but it will make you look at your life in a clear way. Away from the illusion of the mind, you'll finally be able to look at it and understand the why and how. This is crucial to make decisions.
The Buddha's teachings are so powerful and yet so accessible !

What I've found is simply world changing.

No, I'm not going to teach meditation because it would mean exactly the opposite of what meditation is all about. What I do is I share my experiences and invite you to live yours.
We're going to approach some very simple ways of looking at your life (you don't need to have to problems to get into meditation ;-) don't worry).

What is going to make the difference is the regularity of your practice and the urge in you "dis-cover"
the truth that is already there but that has been buried by many years of life or even, many lives ;-).

You'll quickly notice the changes. Life would be a fascinating and very simple game if only we were not creating problems all the time ;-)
