5 advices for meditation

- You will always have thoughts. Simply go back to your mantra, gently.

- Do not try too hard. Don't try to quiet your mind, don't try to create an emotion.
Just drift back to your mantra.

- Do not happen anything. Things happen walking through the world.

- Be nice to yourself, don't bit yourself up during the way.

- DO NOT GIVE UP, do not give up when your mind tell you to go check your emails ;-)

- Keep a regular practice
